As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions remain efficient and aligned with evolving project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with responsive design techniques and accessibility standards.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate UX design with software development.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
• This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
