Head/Manager – Product Delivery | PQC, QKD & AI

We are looking for a hands-on technology & delivery leader to help us build and take to market a next-generation security platform at the intersection of:

PQC + QKD + AI + 5G Core + Defense Communication

This is not a traditional Delivery Manager role.

We are looking for someone who can start by owning execution, work closely with our engineering teams, engage with Carrier and Defense customers — and, over time, potentially take broader ownership of the product and business.

What You Will Own

• Take products from engineering → productization → customer deployment → delivery.
• Work closely with AI, cryptography and quantum engineering teams today, and customer teams tomorrow.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering and product priorities.
• Build the processes, teams and partnerships required to scale the business.

Who We Are Looking For

• 12–20 years of experience across Telecom, Cybersecurity, Networking, Defense or Deep Tech.
• Proven experience taking complex technology from R&D / prototype to production and customer deployment.
• Deep-tech startup experience is a big plus — yes, we know that's rare!
• Comfortable working across PQC / Cryptography, QKD / Quantum, AI/ML and Telecom / Network Security. You don't need to be an expert in all of them — we have engineering teams for that!
• Most importantly: technology depth + customer orientation + entrepreneurial ownership.

We are looking for someone already in Chennai or genuinely willing to relocate to Chennai.

We're building this hands-on, and we believe the person leading delivery should be close to the technology, the team and eventually the customers.

Compensation

A combination of:

Competitive take-home compensation + long-term stake / ownership component

The exact structure will depend on experience, leadership potential and the role you ultimately grow into.
