Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate daily workflows and remove blockers.
• Agile/Scrum Facilitation: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives (familiarity with Agile methodologies is a big plus).
• Resource & Risk Management: Monitor resource allocation, identify potential project risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication channels, providing regular updates on project milestones, scope changes, and deliverables.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including scope definitions, status reports, and meeting summaries.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager specifically within the IT / Software Development industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), tech stacks, and digital product delivery.
• Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks. Familiarity with project management tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
