We're looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our fast-growing engineering team at PropBulls. Responsibilities

Build and maintain features for our web applications using React and Next.js
Write clean, readable, and testable code following team conventions
Collaborate with senior developers to implement new functionality
Debug and fix issues across the stack (frontend and backend)
Write unit and integration tests for code you ship
Participate in code reviews—both giving and receiving feedback
Help maintain documentation for features you work on
Learn and apply AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity
Contribute ideas and participate actively in team discussions
Continuously improve by taking ownership of your growth

Requirements

1-2 years of professional software development experience
Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with React (or similar frontend frameworks like Vue/Angular)
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
Experience with REST APIs (consuming or building)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work full-time from our Mumbai office (Goregaon East)
Eagerness to learn and grow as a developer

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering
Exposure to Node.js backend development
Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Experience writing automated tests
Usage of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor)
Understanding of TypeScript beyond basic types
Personal projects or open-source contributions
Interest in proptech, real estate, or consumer products
Experience with Tailwind CSS or component libraries
