Role Description The Co-Founder role at Track India is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. This role involves defining and executing the company’s strategic vision, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving growth across sales, marketing, and product initiatives. The Co-Founder will work closely with other leadership team members to identify market opportunities, validate business models, and develop partnerships. Typical responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, setting performance targets, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring effective communication across the team. The role also requires active participation in fundraising discussions, resource planning, and building a strong, inclusive organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate markets, products, and performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and external representation.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to develop pipelines, manage client relationships, and support revenue generation.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills to create go-to-market strategies, strengthen brand presence, and drive customer acquisition.
• Prior experience in founding or scaling a startup, or in a senior leadership role, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to take ownership, make data-informed decisions, and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Comfort with on-site work in Bhopal and willingness to be closely involved in daily operations.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
