About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (3–5 years experience) who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.

This is not a traditional full-stack role.

You should already have experience designing and implementing AI features using LLMs, AI agents, automation workflows, or similar technologies in real-world applications.

You'll own features from architecture to production while working closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

Product Engineering

Build scalable end-to-end product features.

Translate business problems into practical technical solutions.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.

Take ownership from design through production deployment.

Contribute ideas that improve both the product and engineering quality.

Software Engineering

Develop production-ready applications using technologies such as:

Required AI Experience (Mandatory)

We're specifically looking for engineers who have already built AI-powered applications—not just experimented with AI tools.

You should have practical experience with:

Building AI agents or agentic workflows

Developing LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar models

Designing AI workflows with memory, tool calling, and structured outputs

Integrating AI with external APIs and business systems

Building RAG-based applications

Prompt engineering and context management

AI-assisted software development

Experience with one or more of the following is expected:

LangGraph

LangChain

MCP (Model Context Protocol)

CrewAI

AutoGen

n8n or similar workflow automation platforms

Equivalent experience with similar frameworks is absolutely acceptable.
