About the Role

Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML) Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, practical project experience, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students in emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Teach Python programming, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data science concepts.
  • Provide hands-on training using AI/ML tools, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Guide students in developing real-world AI/ML projects and practical applications.
  • Train students in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging AI technologies.
  • Prepare course materials, assignments, practical exercises, and project guidelines.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance and feedback.
  • Clarify student doubts and support them throughout their learning journey.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and industry trends in AI and ML.
  • Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery.Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Generative AI.
  • Knowledge of model development, training, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience in developing practical AI/ML projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development or training is preferred.
