Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Flutter Developer role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Flutter Developer will design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and a consistent user experience. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams, translating UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code, integrating APIs and back-end services, and optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and reliability. The role also involves troubleshooting and fixing bugs, participating in code reviews, writing unit and integration tests, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices and standards. The developer will stay current with Flutter and Dart best practices and support the team in delivering secure, stable, and user-focused applications.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in Dart and familiarity with common design patterns.
• Experience in Software Development, including full application lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Back-End Web Development concepts, RESTful APIs, and integration with server-side services.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code, with experience in version control (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, mobile app publishing processes, and performance optimization is an advantage.
