At Talink, we're looking for an experienced D365 CE Technical Lead & Solution Architect to join our growing Microsoft practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys designing enterprise solutions, leading high-performing development teams, and working with international clients across Australia and New Zealand.

🔹 What You'll Do

✅ Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform developers, driving technical excellence and delivery quality.

✅ Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure.

✅ Provide technical leadership across the complete project lifecycle, from solution design and development through deployment and go-live.

✅ Drive complex customisations, integrations, and application development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Azure services.

✅ Establish engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD, DevOps, and application lifecycle management.

✅ Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative technology solutions.

✅ Explore opportunities to integrate Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI capabilities into business applications.

🔹 What We're Looking For

🔹 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

🔹 3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect on D365 CE implementations.

🔹 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring development teams.

🔹 Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

🔹 Hands-on experience with plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

🔹 Strong understanding of Azure integrations, solution architecture, and DevOps practices.

🔹 Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
