Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a WordPress and Shopify Developer. The developer will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress and Shopify websites, themes, and plugins to support client and internal product needs. Key day-to-day tasks include implementing responsive, user-friendly interfaces, integrating third-party services and APIs, optimizing site performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating with designers, product teams, and AI engineers to translate requirements into scalable web solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining clean, well-documented code. The developer will also contribute to continuous improvement of web platforms, including SEO best practices, security hardening, and regular updates.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end practices.
• Experience in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with the ability to create accessible, user-centric interfaces.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development for WordPress and Shopify, including theme/plugin customization, API integration, and basic database handling.
• Hands-on Web Development experience specifically with WordPress and Shopify, including configuration, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, web security best practices, and website performance tuning.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with integrating AI-powered or data-driven features into web applications is an advantage.
