Role Description The Flutter Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code, integrating RESTful APIs and back-end services, troubleshooting and optimizing application performance, and writing clean, testable, maintainable code. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to define requirements, refine features, and ensure timely delivery of releases. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, preferably with Flutter/Dart and mobile application development.
• Knowledge of Back-End Web Development concepts, API integration, and client–server architecture.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and best practices for modular, reusable code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to analyze requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver features within agreed timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes (App Store, Play Store) and performance optimization is an advantage.
