Junior Software Developer (.Net Core)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Software Developer (.Net Core) role based in Lucknow. The person in this role will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining back-end services and APIs using .Net Core and related technologies. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, testable code, debugging and resolving issues, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with senior developers to implement features. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support integration with front-end systems, and contribute to documentation and basic testing activities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and databases.
- Skills in Back-End Web Development using .Net Core, focusing on APIs and service-oriented architecture.
- Knowledge of Software Development practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and basic SDLC concepts.
- Proficiency in Programming with C# or related languages, including familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and work effectively under guidance from senior team members.
- Good problem-solving skills and clear written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and basic cloud or deployment concepts is an advantage.
