Congo CPQ Specialist

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Conga CPQ professional to design, build, and continuously improve Configure-Price-Quote solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role combines hands-on development with functional expertise, turning business needs into scalable, well-integrated CPQ capabilities.

CPQ Solution Development

• Configure and customize Conga CPQ to support complex product catalogs, pricing models, bundles, discount structures, promotions, and commercial rules.
• Implement quote generation and proposal automation capabilities.
• Develop and maintain product configuration models, pricing rules, rule sets, and approval workflows.
• Support contract generation and integration with CLM and e-signature solutions where applicable.
• Act as the go-to expert on CPQ setup — including product bundling, pricing and discount rules, and quote generation.
• Own Conga CPQ implementations end to end, taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery.Salesforce Development (Linked to Conga implementation)
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations between Conga CPQ, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and external systems.
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Guarantee that CPQ fits cleanly into the broader Salesforce architecture and connects reliably to surrounding systems, partnering closely with technical and integration teams.Configuration & Administration

• Work alongside stakeholders across functions to elicit, challenge, and analyse Configure-Price-Quote requirements.
• Write and maintain functional specifications, process workflows, and integration designs.
• Champion automation and process-improvement opportunities across the CPQ domain.
• Track new Conga CPQ features and Salesforce releases, and recommend enhancements that add value.Experience & Skills
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience delivering Conga CPQ solutions.
• Solid working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and how CPQ integrates with it and with downstream systems.
• Proven track record leading CPQ projects and translating complex processes into maintainable designs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable running workshops and training.
