Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze existing legacy database schemas and data structures to design equivalent, optimized data models on Azure (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Lake).
• Define conceptual, logical, and physical data models, mapping legacy entities/relationships to modern cloud-native structures while preserving data integrity.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to validate migration mappings, transformation logic, and performance/scalability of the new models. 4+ years' data modeling experience required, with hands-on exposure to legacy system migration and Azure data platforms.
