Full Stack Developer — GenAI

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with an AI-first engineering mindset to build secure, scalable, production-ready GenAI applications.

The candidate should combine backend and React frontend development with hands-on LLM integration, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI. They must know when to use traditional code versus AI models or agents, and how to manage hallucinations, security, cost, latency, and reliability in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications with secure backend services, REST APIs, React interfaces, and enterprise integrations.
• Integrate LLMs using prompt engineering, structured outputs, context management, embeddings, and RAG.
• Build AI agents with tool-calling, orchestration, state/memory handling, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Develop AI-native user experiences with streaming responses, feedback capture, explainability, and human review.
• Implement fallback mechanisms for unreliable or incorrect AI outputs.
• Build asynchronous workflows, logging, monitoring, and resilient backend services.
• Deploy containerized or microservice-based applications through CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply responsible-AI practices covering sensitive data, privacy, security, bias, and auditability.
• Optimize AI applications for cost, latency, performance, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product, business, security, risk, and governance teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong backend development skills, including REST APIs, secure services, data modelling, integrations, and asynchronous workflows.
• Hands-on frontend development experience with React, including state management and API integration.
• Strong understanding of production LLM integration and prompt engineering.
• Experience with structured outputs, context management, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and output validation.
• Ability to select appropriately between deterministic code, LLMs, and agentic approaches.
• Experience designing reliable AI workflows with fallback strategies and human review where needed.
• Knowledge of agentic AI concepts, including tool-calling, orchestration, state/memory, constraints, and guardrails.
• Strong focus on security, privacy, responsible AI, logging, monitoring, and production reliability.
• Ability to prototype quickly and convert AI proofs of concept into maintainable applications.

• Microsoft Azure AI services and Azure OpenAI.
• Copilot Studio and enterprise AI agents.
• Enterprise search and retrieval systems.
• Container platforms, microservices, and CI/CD for AI components.
• Experience deploying production GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams.
