Role: Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

You will act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, providing technical guidance, mentoring engineers, and driving technical innovation.

The role involves designing and implementing software architectures, managing development lifecycles, and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.

You will also collaborate cross-functionally to identify requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and align technical strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
• Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and engineering best practices for the platform.
• Ensure reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of deployed applications.
• Drive engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and development best practices.
• Mentor and guide engineering team members.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Architect and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
• Drive innovation and identify opportunities to leverage AI for exponential improvements.
• Promote a strong culture of technical ownership and excellence.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of software engineering / technical leadership experience.
• At least 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong experience in designing and architecting scalable software solutions.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of NoSQL — MongoDB and SQL — PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
• Passion for leveraging AI to identify new avenues for innovation and productivity.
• Proficiency with engineering and collaboration tools such as Git, Asana, Sentry, etc.
• Good understanding of DevOps workflows.
• Strong experience architecting solutions to complex technical problems.
• Passion for systems, scalability, reliability, and engineering excellence.
