Senior Software Engineer - Python, NodeJS, React

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in Python, NodeJS, and React. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable applications and managing deployments in Kubernetes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet our product requirements while leveraging modern technologies such as OpenAI and MSAL Python libraries.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Python, NodeJS, and React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Manage individual deployments in Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Utilize product-specific APIs and general Python libraries to enhance application functionality.
  • Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python (deal breaker skill).
  • Proficiency in NodeJS and React.
  • Experience with Kubernetes for managing deployments.
  • Familiarity with OpenAI and MSAL Python libraries.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with product-specific APIs.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and microservices architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
