Role Description The Technical Manager role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing technical operations and supporting product performance in the last-mile mobility segment. The role involves leading research and development initiatives, coordinating technical projects, and ensuring timely resolution of complex technical issues. The Technical Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements, optimize vehicle systems, and support pre- and post-sales technical requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance data, preparing technical documentation, guiding team members on best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position requires proactive communication, clear reporting to leadership, and continuous monitoring of emerging technologies and market trends.

- Experience in electric vehicles, automotive systems, or last-mile mobility solutions is highly beneficial.
- Additional desirable skills include familiarity with industry standards, quality management practices, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, technology-driven environment.
