Full Stack Engineer — Orchcast.AI

Location: Remote

Experience: Minimum 6 years in full stack engineering

Schedule: Required working-hour overlap with Vancouver, Canada (Pacific Time)

Orchcast.AI helps agencies and businesses create, review, approve and publish content while maintaining a consistent brand voice. We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to build reliable features across our frontend and backend and take ownership from implementation through production.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python and FastAPI.
Develop APIs, database models and integrations with publishing platforms and third-party services.
Work with PostgreSQL, background jobs and AI-powered workflows.
Improve application performance, security, reliability and automated testing.
Collaborate with product, design and DevOps on delivery and production troubleshooting.
Review code, document decisions and support engineering best practices.

What we’re looking for

6+ years of professional full stack engineering experience, with substantial hands-on frontend and backend development.
Strong experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, Python and backend API development.
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, database migrations and API design.
Experience with authentication, role-based access control and multi-tenant SaaS applications.
Familiarity with AWS, Git, CI/CD and production debugging.
Clear communication, sound technical judgment and ownership of delivery.
Availability for regular working-hour overlap with the Vancouver team. The exact schedule will be agreed before hiring.
Nice to have
Experience with LLM integrations, RAG, embeddings or pgvector.
Experience with Celery, Redis, Stripe or OAuth integrations.
Background in marketing technology, publishing workflows or agency software.
