Founding Engineer (Full Stack / Backend / AI)

Dhara is developing an AI-native intelligence layer for businesses, beginning with financial and transactional data from Tally and other accounting systems.

We're looking for an exceptional hands-on engineer to own the technical foundations of our product and help build the engineering organization from its earliest stage.

This isn't a conventional engineering management role. You'll work directly with the founder, take ownership of architecture and production reliability, build core product capabilities, and help define how an AI-native engineering company should operate.

Our current product is already functional. The opportunity is to turn it into a reliable platform serving real businesses—and eventually build something much more ambitious.

We're particularly interested in people who have built complex backend systems, data platforms, developer infrastructure or B2B SaaS products, and who are excited by LLMs, coding agents and small, unusually productive engineering teams.
