About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Product Manager to lead the roadmap, strategy, and execution of our supply chain planning software. In this role, you will shape products tailored for process-manufacturing environments, bridging customer needs with cutting-edge technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and execute the product vision, roadmap, and release plans for our supply chain solutions.
• Product Discovery & Definition: Translate complex business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, implementation, and commercial teams to drive products from concept to successful launch.
• Domain Excellence: Build features that empower demand forecasting, supply planning, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), inventory optimization, and automated replenishment.
• Data-Driven Growth: Analyze market trends, operational metrics, and user feedback to uncover new product opportunities and measure adoption success.
• Stakeholder & Risk Management: Balance project scope, dependencies, and trade-offs while maintaining clear alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Hands-on background working with SCM, ERP, or specialized supply chain planning software.
• Domain expertise within process-manufacturing industries (e.g., Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage).
• Deep understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, MRP, and inventory management.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end product roadmaps and translating user requirements for engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
