Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress & Elementor Web Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress website design and development.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining professional, responsive, and user-friendly websites using WordPress, Elementor, and related themes and plugins.

The role involves creating visually appealing website layouts, developing custom page sections, implementing responsive designs, and ensuring seamless functionality across different devices and browsers. The candidate should have a solid understanding of HTML and CSS, along with basic JavaScript knowledge for front-end customization.

Key responsibilities include website maintenance, troubleshooting layout and functionality issues, optimizing website performance, and implementing SEO-friendly design practices. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality web solutions that meet project requirements and brand standards.

Qualifications

• WordPress & Elementor: Hands-on experience designing, developing, and customizing WordPress websites using Elementor, Elementor Pro, themes, and plugins.
• Web Design & Responsive Development: Strong understanding of modern web design principles, mobile-first design, responsive layouts, and cross-device compatibility.
• Front-End Development: Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 for website customization and layout adjustments. Basic JavaScript knowledge is an advantage.
• Theme & Plugin Customization: Ability to customize WordPress themes, Elementor templates, page layouts, and website components according to project requirements.
• UI/UX Understanding: Knowledge of user interface and user experience principles, website navigation, visual hierarchy, and usability best practices.
• Website Optimization: Understanding of website loading speed, image optimization, responsive performance, and basic Core Web Vitals principles.
• SEO-Friendly Development: Familiarity with on-page SEO fundamentals, semantic HTML, heading structure, and search-engine-friendly website architecture.
• Website Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ability to manage website updates, identify and resolve layout issues, troubleshoot plugin conflicts, and maintain website functionality.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Experience ensuring consistent website appearance and functionality across major browsers and screen sizes.
• Collaboration & Time Management: Ability to work independently, coordinate with internal teams, manage multiple assignments, and meet project deadlines.
• Practical Experience & Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining WordPress websites, supported by a portfolio of completed projects. Candidates should be capable of independently handling website design, customization, and basic troubleshooting.Job Details
