Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing consulting professional experience at Associate Director level. The individual will be responsible for driving both client delivery and business development, ensuring successful execution of engagements while contributing to revenue growth and account expansion.

The role requires deep expertise in Digital Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, AI Strategy & Operating Model Design, AI-led Transformation, and AI Use Case Implementation across large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements across multiple client accounts.
• Drive digital transformation and AI transformation initiatives, including strategy definition, roadmap creation, operating model design, and execution.
• Advise clients on enterprise architecture modernization, digital operating models, and technology-led business transformation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and business leaders.
• Drive solutioning, project governance, risk management, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Business Development & Sales

• Support revenue growth through account mining, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
• Participate in proposal development, RFP responses, client presentations, and deal pursuits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to Digital, AI, and Enterprise Transformation practice growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve sales and business targets.
• Lead conversations around AI adoption, GenAI strategy, AI operating models, and enterprise-wide transformation programs to create new business opportunities.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services.
• Current or recent experience with a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, PwC, or KPMG).
• Proven track record of managing both delivery and sales/business development responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in Digital Strategy, Technology Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or AI Transformation advisory engagements.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI strategy frameworks, AI operating models, and enterprise AI adoption roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in managing large-scale transformation, consulting, or advisory engagements.
• Proven experience engaging with C-suite executives and business leaders on strategic transformation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A consulting professional from a Big 4 background with hands-on experience in Digital Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, AI Strategy, AI Operating Models, and AI-led Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have successfully balanced engagement delivery, client relationship management, business development, and sales responsibilities, while leading enterprise-scale transformation programs and driving measurable business outcomes for clients.
