Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with 5 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and the ability to work with business and technical teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations.
Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PECI/PICOF.
Work with inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve production issues.
Perform integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Work with functional teams to understand integration requirements.
Prepare technical specifications and integration documentation.
Support Workday releases, enhancements, and regression testing.
Ensure integration solutions follow security and data governance standards.

Required Skills

5 8 years of Workday Integration experience.
Strong experience in Workday Studio and EIB.
Experience with Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON.
Experience with third-party system integrations.
Good understanding of Workday HCM data and business processes.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
