We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and develop intelligent, data-driven solutions that improve business operations and customer experience.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in developing, training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, a solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy AI and Machine Learning models.
• Build predictive models, recommendation systems, classification algorithms, and data-driven solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Develop AI/ML solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
• Work with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Explore and implement Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and other relevant AI technologies.
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Integrate ML models into applications using APIs and backend systems.
• Collaborate with software developers and product teams to deliver AI-powered features.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and monitor deployed models.Required Skills and Qualifications
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in AI/ML or Machine Learning Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Good understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Understanding of SQL and database fundamentals.
• Experience deploying ML models through APIs or integrating them into applications.
• Familiarity with Git and REST APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and Docker.
• Understanding of MLOps and production ML pipelines.
• Experience developing recommendation systems, forecasting models, or intelligent automation solutions.Eligibility Criteria
• Candidates must have 2–4 years of relevant AI/ML experience.
• Candidates must currently reside in Vadodara or nearby areas and be available for on-site work in Vadodara.
• Only local candidates can apply. Outstation candidates and candidates requiring relocation will not be considered.
