As a Senior Associate – M&A Enterprise Apps – Accelerated Solutions you will translate private equity and M&A goals into application separation, integration, and modernization strategies within our Deals practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex application landscapes, lead workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit programs, while building meaningful client connections and guiding junior team members through changing priorities and multiple dependencies. In this role at PwC, you will support enterprise application portfolios across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, hire-to-retire, CRM, manufacturing, and supply chain processes, and help shape deliverables that link technical findings to business decisions.
In this role, you will bring a client-focused mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining professional and technical standards. You will be expected to coordinate across time zones, organize project milestones, interpret feedback, and develop clear materials that support governance, cutover planning, and executive communication. Working within PwC Acceleration Center India, you will also strengthen your personal brand through collaboration, mentoring, and ongoing learning as you contribute to transaction programs that move at the pace of deal activity.
Responsibilities
- Translating private equity and M&A objectives into actionable application separation, integration, and modernization strategies
- Leading application workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit programs
- Assessing application landscapes that support Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire, CRM, manufacturing, and supply chain processes
- Driving application intake, rationalization, disposition planning, migration, and separation activities across enterprise application portfolios
- Coordinating Day 1 readiness activities across global team structures and time zones
- Managing inter-workstream dependencies and resolving critical risks and blockers
- Applying program management discipline across project plans, milestones, RAIDD logs, governance, and cutover activities
- Facilitating development, review, and presentation of client deliverables, including execution strategies, design documents, workplans, cutover plans, status updates, and change materials
- Evaluating current-state technology environments to identify opportunities for optimization and value creation
- Developing executive-ready analyses and recommendations that translate technical findings into business implications
- Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentoring junior team members and reviewing assigned tasks for accuracy and completeness
What You Must Have
- At least a Master in Business Administration's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
