About the RoleRTAC is looking for a Senior Developer to take end-to-end ownership of software modules, from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, secure, and high-quality applications.
• Understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design and develop APIs, database solutions, and system integrations.
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and resolve production problems.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards.
• Collaborate with QA, Support, Infrastructure, and other teams.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Leverage modern technologies and AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SQL, APIs, databases, and software development practices.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Git and production application support.
• Ability to independently own modules and deliver within timelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
