JOB SUMMARY

Wissen Technology is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade product applications using React and Java technologies. The role involves end-to-end ownership of frontend and backend components, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions in a product engineering environment.

Location: Hyderabad

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

  • React.js (8+ years building production-grade web applications)
  • Java (8+ years for backend services and enterprise development)
  • Spring Boot framework for microservices architecture and REST APIs
  • JavaScript and TypeScript for modern frontend development
  • HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development
  • REST API development, integration, and troubleshooting
  • SQL and relational database development
  • Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews

Optional Skills (Good to Have)

  • AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
  • Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
  • Microservices and distributed systems design
  • Frontend testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library
  • Enterprise-scale application development experience
  • Performance optimization and accessibility best practices

Professional Attributes & Qualifications

  • Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical guidance
  • Ownership: Ability to take end-to-end ownership of features and deliver independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Build reusable UI components and manage application state effectively
  • Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services and REST APIs
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to architecture and technical design discussions
  • Improve application performance, reliability, accessibility, and test coverage
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and engineers in Agile environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across frontend and backend systems
  • Support CI/CD processes and ensure high-quality software delivery
