✅ 5-10 years of software development experience

✅ 3+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot & Kotlin

✅ Microservices architecture & distributed systems

✅ Event-driven systems and Kafka

✅ Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra

✅ ElasticSearch

✅ Cloud platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure

✅ Containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

✅ CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

✅ Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

Preferred Skills:

⭐ Exposure to Data Pipelines, ML Ops, Spark, or Python

⭐ Experience in modernizing legacy applications

⭐ Familiarity with AI and Automation frameworks

⭐ Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems
