In addition, CityNest Solutions develops custom CRMs, dashboards, and workflow-specific automations with integrations including WhatsApp Business API, Meta Lead Ads, Razorpay, and Google Maps. The team is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, and actively supports customers with demos, trials, and implementation assistance.

Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems that power CityNest Solutions’ CRM, WhatsApp automation, and custom software products. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Delhi Area involves building and optimizing algorithms for pattern recognition, lead scoring, recommendation, and automation workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training neural network models, implementing NLP features for WhatsApp and CRM interactions, and collaborating with software developers to integrate AI components into production systems. The role also includes evaluating model performance, experimenting with new architectures and tools, and ensuring AI solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with product requirements. The engineer will work closely with product, customer success, and operations teams to understand real-world use cases and continually improve AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, APIs, and production-grade coding practices.
• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building, training, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for chat-based interfaces, intent detection, entity extraction, and text analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Python or similar languages, and common ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with deploying AI models in cloud or on-prem environments, using containers, microservices, or MLOps pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, communicate technical concepts clearly, and translate business problems into AI solutions.
