Product Manager

Designation: Associate Product Manager I

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager to solve critical challenges across Zepto’s Supply Chain. You’ll identify key friction points, build impactful solutions, drive execution, and shape long-term product strategy. Working cross-functionally, you’ll lead change and deliver measurable business outcomes and customer delight.

Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :

• Build and own the long-term vision, product roadmaps, and GTM strategies, backed by competitive analysis and domain research to deliver business impact and customer delight.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Business, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless product alignment.
• Influence stakeholders across the organization to lead change management and drive on-ground adoption of new products and technologies.
• Own end-to-end product metrics across the entire Warehouse and Logistics value chain.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Preference for candidates with a background in startups or the supply chain and e-commerce space.
• Domain knowledge of Warehouse (WMS), Inventory, Order (OMS), and Transport Management Systems (TMS) is highly preferred.
• A proactive, hands-on professional with strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Ability to drive milestone-based execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations
