Entrepreneur in Residence

Our client is looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work closely with the founder of a young, fast-growing consumer brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building businesses, solving ambiguous problems, and driving initiatives across functions in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Founder’s Office: Work closely with the founder on strategic priorities, business planning, and execution of key initiatives.
• Business Growth: Identify new growth opportunities across channels, categories, markets, and partnerships.
• Cross-functional Execution: Drive projects across sales, marketing, e-commerce, operations, supply chain, and finance.
• Business Analytics: Track key business metrics, identify gaps, and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Strategic Initiatives: Support new product launches, market expansion, business transformation, and special projects.
• Problem Solving: Take ownership of ambiguous, high-impact challenges and drive them to completion.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–7 years of experience in a startup, D2C/consumer brand, consulting, or a founder’s office role.
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for action.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with significant ownership.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Someone who enjoys building from scratch, takes initiative, and gets things done.
