Data Scientist

What You’ll Do

✦ Translate ambiguous business problems into structured data science problems.

✦ Analyse large-scale time-series, geospatial and streaming/telemetry data.

✦ Develop and validate hypotheses, models and analytical solutions.

✦ Work on anomaly detection, forecasting and optimisation problems.

✦ Take solutions from hypothesis to production in collaboration with Product & Engineering.

✦ Use AI tools to improve productivity and enable AI-first problem solving.

✦ Drive measurable business/product impact and mentor junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

✦ 3–6 years of Data Science experience with end-to-end model ownership.

✦ Strong problem-solving and first-principles thinking.

✦ Strong ownership and ability to work in ambiguity.

✦ Proficiency in Python, SQL and Excel.

✦ Experience with ML, Deep Learning, Data Visualisation and time-series techniques.

✦ Hands-on experience with anomaly detection, forecasting or optimisation.

✦ Experience working with large, messy real-world datasets.

✦ Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment.

✦ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Strong Plus

✦ Experience productionising ML models at scale.

✦ Experience with fleet, automotive, IoT or telemetry data.

✦ Experience with distributed data systems.
