Category Manager

We’re looking for a Category Manager to own the growth of Mr. Right, our pest control and home care brand, a fast-moving, repeat-purchase category we’re actively expanding.

What you’ll do

  • Own the category’s growth, sales targets and P&L (pricing, margins, ad spend, contribution)
  • Decide the product range: what to launch, improve, reprice or discontinue, including expansion into new home care products
  • Coordinate with Sourcing, Production and Operations on new products, costing, stock and replenishment
  • Drive performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart: listings, pricing, promotions and ads
  • Build repeat purchase and brand recall for a consumable range
  • Build and manage channel partnerships and platform relationships
  • Track competition, seasonality, customer reviews and category trends
  • Report category performance and growth plans to leadership

Who you are

  • 3-6 years of experience in category management, brand management or E-commerce growth at an E-commerce, Quick Commerce, D2C or FMCG brand
  • Strong commercial sense: comfortable with margins, P&L and pricing decisions
  • Hands-on with marketplace and quick commerce platforms
  • Understanding of repeat-purchase / consumable categories
  • Data-driven, with strong Excel skills

You’ll stand out if you have

  • Experience in home care, pest control, cleaning or FMCG categories
  • Experience growing repeat purchase or subscriptions on quick commerce
