Senior Data Scientist
We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist / AI-ML Lead to drive the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced ML/DL and AI solutions for complex business and industrial use cases.
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development and deployment of ML/DL solutions across structured, time-series, and unstructured data.
- Define modeling strategies using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Optimization, and LLMs.
- Drive the complete data science lifecycle including data preparation, EDA, feature engineering, model validation, and monitoring.
- Lead MLOps and production deployments on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Develop advanced analytics, optimization, and decision-support/prescriptive models.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor data science teams on Python, experimentation, and model reliability.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate business problems into measurable AI/ML solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML and GenAI/LLM technologies, leading POCs and innovation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Python and Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
- Experience with LLMs/GenAI, Computer Vision, Time Series, and Optimization.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and production ML deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
- Proven experience mentoring and guiding Data Science/ML teams.
