AI Implementation & Transformation Associate

(Enterprise LLM Application — Ownership, Customization & Enhancement)

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 2-3 Years

SIS Group has an existing enterprise LLM-based application moving towards production shortly. We are looking for an AI Implementation Associate to take direct, hands-on ownership of this application — maintaining it, customizing it to evolving business needs, and extending it with new features, integrations, and data sources. This is a technical ownership and delivery role centered on one live system, not a broad advisory or ideation role. The person in this role will be expected to independently manage prompt versioning, monitor cost and performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ship changes requested by business stakeholders across the organization.

Required Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on experience building or maintaining production-grade AI, ML, GenAI, or LLM-based applications.

Demonstrated experience owning or significantly contributing to a live, in-production LLM application.

Engineering degree in AI, Computer Science or related field from a premier institution.

Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, Full stack application development, Generative AI (LLMs), RAG architectures, Prompt engineering, Data analytics, and AI workflow orchestration.

Hands-on experience with Python and common AI/ML libraries.

Experience working with LLM provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).

Working knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, pgvector).

Experience integrating AI applications with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Application Ownership & Maintenance: Manage uptime, error handling, logging, performance, API usage, token consumption, costs, and prompt versioning.

Customization & Feature Development: Translate stakeholder requests into shippable features, workflows, and integrations.

Data, Integration & Governance: Integrate with enterprise systems (HR, Operations, Finance, Sales) and ensure data security/compliance.

Analytics & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop dashboards, present ROI, and conduct user training.
