Salesforce Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our offshore delivery team and work on projects supporting a US-based healthcare client.

Location: India – Multiple Locations

Engagement: Contract

Experience: 6–9+ Years

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and Salesforce configuration.
• Work on Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, including patient/member, provider, care management, and case management functionalities.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Convert functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and provide L3/production support.
• Collaborate with QA and other development teams for testing, releases, and defect resolution.
• Contribute to technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.What We’re Looking For
• 6–9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and asynchronous Apex.
• At least 3 years of experience with Health Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Experience working with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Good understanding of healthcare/payer domain concepts and HIPAA-aware data handling.
• Experience working with offshore teams supporting US-based clients.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Nice to Have
• Health Cloud or Service Cloud certification.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medi-Cal, or government healthcare programs.
• Knowledge of FHIR/HL7.
• Experience with Copado, Gearset, SFDX, or Salesforce CI/CD.
