About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious AI Engineer to join our Enterprise Systems team and help build the next generation of AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

In this role, you will work on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation, with opportunities to apply these technologies across Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career engineer with strong AI fundamentals, Python programming skills, hands-on AI project experience, and a passion for learning emerging technologies.

Knowledge or exposure to Oracle Fusion AI capabilities, Oracle AI frameworks, or Agentic AI will be an added advantage.

What You’ll Do

Build AI and Generative AI Solutions

  • Design, develop, test, and enhance AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
  • Build solutions such as LLM-based Q&A assistants, conversational assistants, document summarization, enterprise knowledge assistants, RAG applications, and AI Agent prototypes.
  • Develop and optimize prompts for business and enterprise application use cases.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to build intelligent AI experiences.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and quality.

Develop AI Agents

  • Develop and configure AI Agents for enterprise business scenarios.
  • Work with agent workflows involving LLMs, prompts, enterprise information, APIs, tools, and business context.
  • Learn and apply Agentic AI concepts to automate or augment enterprise business processes.
  • Support experimentation and Proofs of Concept involving AI Agents and emerging AI technologies.

Work with Oracle Fusion AI

  • Learn and work with AI capabilities available within the Oracle Fusion Applications ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Oracle functional and technical teams to identify opportunities for AI-enabled business processes.
  • Support the development and adoption of AI solutions across relevant Oracle Fusion application areas.
  • Explore opportunities for incorporating AI-driven experiences into enterprise application workflows.
  • Knowledge or exposure to Oracle Fusion AI frameworks and Oracle Agentic AI will be an added advantage.

Enable AI for Oracle E-Business Suite

  • Work with enterprise application teams to identify opportunities for applying AI to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) use cases.
  • Develop AI-powered knowledge assistants, search, Q&A, summarization, and conversational experiences around enterprise application processes.
  • Support AI integrations with EBS data and application services under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Develop an understanding of Oracle EBS business processes and identify opportunities where AI can enhance user productivity and experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong programming fundamentals in Python
  • Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals
  • Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models
  • Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Understanding of prompt engineering concepts
  • Exposure to LLM-based application development
  • Basic understanding of AI Agents / Agentic AI concepts
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data processing
  • Understanding of APIs, preferably REST APIs
  • Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong learning agility and interest in emerging AI technologies

Preferred Skills

Exposure to one or more of the following would be beneficial:

  • LangChain or similar LLM development frameworks
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Embeddings, semantic search, or vector search
  • AI Agent development
  • Prompt engineering
  • Tool/function calling concepts
  • REST API integration
  • GPT or comparable LLM technologies
  • Cloud-based AI platforms
  • Jupyter Notebook
  • Git or similar source-control tools
  • Added Advantage

Exposure to any of the following will be considered an advantage:

  • Oracle Fusion AI framework / AI capabilities
  • Oracle Agentic AI
  • Oracle Fusion Applications
  • Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Oracle Cloud / AI technologies
  • Oracle application APIs and integrations
  • Understanding of ERP, HCM, SCM, Finance, or other enterprise business processes
  • Hands-On AI Experience

We value practical experience. Candidates should preferably be able to demonstrate or explain at least one AI project, academic project, internship assignment, or personal prototype involving areas such as:
