AI Engineer – Voice AI

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade Voice AI agents and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.

What You’ll Work On

• Build real-time voice agents with streaming, turn-taking, interruption handling, tool calling & multilingual support.
• Develop AI orchestration and state-management systems for multi-step workflows.
• Integrate LLMs, STT/TTS, telephony, APIs, databases, queues and vector stores.
• Build evaluation, monitoring and observability frameworks for AI agents.
• Optimize latency, reliability, accuracy and cost of production AI systems.

Must Have

• 2–4 years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, function/tool calling, AI agents or conversational AI.
• Strong backend fundamentals: REST/WebSockets, async systems, databases, Docker & cloud.
• Experience building and deploying production-facing AI applications or APIs.

Good to HaveLiveKit, Pipecat, Vapi, Retell, Twilio, Exotel, WebRTC, LangGraph, FastAPI, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, Kafka or Kubernetes.
