Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in workflow automation, Python, Django, web technologies, and Android platform technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that improve engineering productivity, streamline business processes, and integrate seamlessly across web, backend, and Android environments.

Candidates should have hands-on experience building automation tools, developing scalable web applications using Django, integrating APIs, and working with Android platforms. Familiarity with AI-assisted automation and modern development practices is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Automation

  • Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Build automation tools, scripts, and integrations using Python.
  • Identify opportunities to automate existing manual processes and workflows.
  • Integrate automation solutions with internal tools, databases, services, and external APIs.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation systems for reliability and scalability.

Python Django Development

  • Develop and maintain backend services and web applications using Python and Django.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
  • Build reusable, scalable, and secure application components.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

Web Development

  • Develop responsive and maintainable web applications using Django, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build dashboards, portals, and management interfaces that support workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement frontend functionality integrated with backend services and REST APIs.
  • Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the web application stack.

Android Platform Internals

  • Demonstrate understanding of Android internals, including application lifecycle, system services, IPC mechanisms, permissions, package management, and Android framework components.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug Android platform and application-level issues.
  • Work with Android logs, performance profiling, memory analysis, and system diagnostics.
  • Develop tools, utilities, or automation solutions that interact with Android devices and platforms.
  • Understand Android architecture, system components, and platform behavior to support development and troubleshooting activities.
  • Familiarity with Android application development using Kotlin is desirable but not required.

Full Stack Development

  • Deliver end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, and platform integrations.
  • Participate in system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

AI-Assisted Automation (Good to Have)

  • Understand AI/ML concepts and explore opportunities to leverage AI for workflow automation.
  • Integrate AI-powered services, copilots, chatbots, or intelligent assistants into applications.
  • Support the implementation of AI-enabled features and intelligent workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, Workflow Automation, or Software Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
  • Experience developing web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
  • Familiarity with Android internals, Android framework architecture, and platform-level debugging.
  • Understanding of workflow automation and process optimization concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Android application development using Kotlin.
  • Experience with Android platform development, AOSP, system services, or Android framework components.
  • Understanding of Linux fundamentals and their relationship to Android architecture.
  • Experience with Android debugging and profiling tools such as ADB, Logcat, Perfetto, Systrace, or Android Studio Profiler.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms and process orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and AI-powered automation solutions.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
