Role Description The Ecommerce Business Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves overseeing and optimizing e-commerce operations for client accounts, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and catalog management across various online platforms. The Ecommerce Business Expert will analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase sales, conversions, and customer retention. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for digital marketing campaigns, managing customer queries related to online sales, and preparing performance reports and forecasts. The role also requires staying updated on marketplace policies, competitor activities, and industry trends to ensure clients maintain a strong and compliant online presence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce operations.
