Full Stack UI Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop, test, and maintain frontend applications and new feature enhancements.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Create and execute unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Contribute innovative ideas and technical improvements to enhance product capabilities.
• Work effectively as a Scrum team member and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application responsiveness.
• Minimize technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability of assigned modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues while ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Context API, and REST API integration.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development.
• Experience in state management and frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.
• Ability to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern frontend build tools and package managers.
• Knowledge of frontend security best practices.
• Experience working with cloud-based applications and microservices environments.
