Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Creative Developer to build immersive, interactive, visually stunning 3D web experiences. The ideal candidate should combine advanced 3D development expertise with high-end animation skills to create cinematic websites, interactive models, scroll-driven animations, dynamic camera movements, and seamless visual transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop immersive 3D web experiences using Three.js, React Three Fibre, and WebGL.
• Create advanced animations, scroll-triggered interactions, and cinematic transitions using GSAP and ScrollTrigger.
• Integrate interactive 3D elements into React and Next.js applications.
• Optimise 3D rendering and animations for performance across mobile and desktop devices.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to translate creative concepts into engaging digital experiences.
• Troubleshoot rendering, animation, and performance issues.Required Skills
• Strong expertise in Three.js, WebGL, and React Three Fibre (R3F).
• Advanced proficiency in GSAP and ScrollTrigger.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Experience building interactive 3D environments, camera animations, and scroll-controlled experiences.
• Strong understanding of rendering optimisation, responsive design, and web performance.Preferred Skills
• GLSL and custom shader programming.
• Experience with cinematic websites, creative development, and award-winning interactive web experiences.
• Familiarity with 3D asset optimisation and rendering pipelines.Ideal Candidate
