Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Multi Solution Architect with strong expertise in the Adobe ecosystem to design and lead end-to-end customer experience solutions across marketing, content, customer data, and journey orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer experience architecture aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
• Architect and integrate Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Workfront, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Define data flows, schemas, identity resolution strategies, segmentation, and governance models.
• Guide frontend architecture using frameworks such as React and Next.js.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend applications, AEM, and AEP.
• Design AI-driven workflows for campaign optimization, content personalization, and customer journey orchestration.
• Develop unified customer data models and enable real-time and historical analytics.
• Lead architecture workshops, stakeholder discussions, and technical teams.
• Establish architecture standards and mentor team members.Mandatory Skills

• HTML/HTML5
• JavaScriptExperience Requirements
• 15–20 years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of experience with AEP/RTCDP.
• 2+ years of experience with AJO.
• Strong solution architecture and stakeholder management experience.Preferred: Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.
