What You Will Do

Are you energized by connecting customer needs, business outcomes, and technology delivery? As a Product Owner, you will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog, translating customer and business needs into prioritized solutions that deliver measurable value. You will guide decisions across the product lifecycle and create clarity for cross-functional teams.

What You Can Expect

  • Define, communicate, and continually evolve the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and intended customer and business outcomes.
  • Own, refine, sequence, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features, epics, and user stories are clear, testable, and ready for delivery.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate needs, feedback, research, and market insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, architects, engineers, designers, quality assurance, data professionals, and other specialists through planning, delivery, validation, and release activities.
  • Evaluate delivered solutions against expected outcomes and use the results to inform future priorities and product decisions.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Significant Product Management or Product Owner experience working with technology teams.
  • Proven ability to translate customer and business needs into product roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and actionable requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum or comparable delivery practices, and the software-development lifecycle.
  • Excellent business and technical acumen, communication, stakeholder management, analysis, decision-making, and collaboration skills.

What will set you apart?

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with Jira, Miro, or comparable product-delivery tools.
  • Experience with data infrastructure, data pipelines, ETL, cloud data platforms, or data governance.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Fabric, DevOps, SQL, Java, test automation, or other relevant technologies.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including familiarity with product and performance metrics.
