Product Manager – Integrations, Growth & AI
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company at approximately $50M ARR, building products used by modern businesses to drive customer engagement and growth.
We are looking for a Product Manager – Integrations, Growth & AI who can identify new product opportunities at the intersection of MarTech, customer data, SaaS integrations and AI, and turn them into products customers will adopt and pay for.
This is a builder role. You should be comfortable going from customer problem → product hypothesis → prototype → launch → adoption → revenue impact.
What You’ll Own
- Build and scale integrations with major CRM, marketing automation, analytics, communication and customer-data platforms.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and agents to automate marketing workflows, improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution and customer engagement.
- Develop new AI-powered MarTech products from 0→1 and scale successful products from 1→10.
- Own product-led growth initiatives across activation, adoption, retention, expansion and monetization.
- Work closely with engineering and AI teams to translate customer problems into product architecture and workflows.
- Study customer workflows and identify where integrations, automation or AI can remove manual effort.
- Define product metrics and continuously improve adoption, usage, conversion and revenue.
- Work directly with customers, sales, customer success and GTM teams to uncover new product opportunities.
- Evaluate APIs, ecosystem partnerships and third-party platforms that can expand the product's capabilities.
- Build business cases for new products and take ownership of their commercial success.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong experience building integrations, APIs, platforms or ecosystem products.
- Exposure to MarTech, CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, CDP or analytics products.
- Experience taking products or major features from 0→1.
- Strong understanding of modern AI/LLM capabilities and ability to identify commercially valuable AI use cases.
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing APIs, data flows, system architecture and technical trade-offs.
- Strong product sense combined with a growth and commercial mindset.
- Ability to talk directly to customers, understand business problems and convert them into scalable products.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with significant ownership.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If
You don't think of AI as simply adding a chatbot to an existing product.
You think about questions such as:
What marketing work can AI completely automate?
Which customer-data signals can produce better decisions?
We are looking for someone who wants to help define the next generation of AI-native MarTech products, not simply manage an existing backlog.
