Full Stack Developer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in India. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end components. Daily tasks include building responsive user interfaces, implementing server-side logic, integrating APIs and databases, and optimizing application performance and security. The role involves collaborating with designers, product owners, and other developers to translate requirements into functional features, troubleshooting issues, and refining existing codebases. The Full Stack Developer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and adoption of best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development using at least one modern programming language and framework.
• Experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive web applications.
• Knowledge of databases, RESTful APIs, version control systems (such as Git), and basic security principles.
• Ability to analyze requirements, write clean and maintainable code, and debug complex issues.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, or similar) is an advantage.
