Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports
• Build and optimize data models using Power BI
• Write and optimize DAX calculations and measures
• Perform data transformation using Power Query (M)
• Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms)
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and security
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements
• Maintain documentation and provide user support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M)
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts
• Experience with Excel and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Synapse / Data Warehousing
• Familiarity with ETL processes
• Power BI Service (workspaces, gateways, row-level security)
• Microsoft Power BI Certification (PL-300) is a plus
