Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role for a Software Engineer – Fresher at MakeTop Technologies, specifically open to candidates with 0 years of professional experience from the 2023–2027 batch.

The Software Engineer will contribute to designing, developing, testing, and debugging software applications, with a primary focus on software development and back-end web development. The role provides an opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced team members, participate in code reviews, and learn industry-standard development practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Write clean, maintainable, and modular code.
• Develop and test software features.

• Strong foundational knowledge of Computer Science concepts.
• Basic understanding of Software Development and Programming.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases is preferred.
• Familiarity with Git/version control is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Back-End Web Development, APIs, and web services is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
