Role Description The Salesforce RCA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support root cause analysis (RCA) and other critical business processes. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and involves working closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to translate requirements into robust technical implementations. Day-to-day tasks include building and customizing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages, configuring Salesforce objects and workflows, and integrating Salesforce with other systems as needed. The role also includes troubleshooting and resolving application issues, optimizing performance, ensuring data integrity, and adhering to best practices and security standards. The Salesforce RCA Developer will document technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and support continuous improvement of the Salesforce environment.
Qualifications
- Salesforce.com Development skills, including Apex programming and customization on the Salesforce platform
- Experience with user interface development using Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages
- Salesforce.com Administration capabilities, such as configuring objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com ecosystem, architecture, and integration patterns
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective technical solutions
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration tools, and data migration within Salesforce environments
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
